Recycle, Reuse. Your coffee will arrive in a reusable aluminum can equipped with a high-tech barrier and a resealable plastic lid. Our packaging guarantees a "just roasted" flavor for 6 months, and it enables reuse & recycle.

Did you know...aluminum is the most abundant metal on earth? A used aluminum can is recycled and back in use in as little as 60 days! Making new aluminum cans from used cans takes 95% less energy and 20 recycled cans can be made with the energy needed to produce one can using virgin ore. Recycling one aluminum can saves enough energy to keep a 100-watt bulb burning for almost four hours. Visit www.earth911.org and learn!

Central America: traditionally consists of Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama & Mexico. Most of Central America rests atop the Caribbean Plate. The region is geologically active, with volcanic eruptions and earthquakes creating beautifully fertile soils.

  • El Salvador Organic Fair Trade transition
After years of civil war in El Salvador it is a miracle that a group of farmers like "ACOES" Cooperative survived and delivers this quality of coffee.  The coffee is all organic, shade grown and a testimony to Sustainable Organic Farming.  This is the second year  we've monitored this coffee and the first year we are selling it to you. Sweet and chocolaty, mild body and strong fruity aroma. A gem from Central America.

  • Guatemala Asobagri; Organic Fair Trade.
Asobagri is a federation of Cooperatives in the Huehuetenango region. In these highlands of Guatemala only the Mayan tribes inhabit the area and our coffee is one of two containers of special preparation they produce.  This coffee is sweet and mild with nice body.

  • Peru Decaffeinated; Organic Fair Trade.Shade Grown.
Finally, an organic decaf we all agreed on. Crafted to enjoy any time of day. This is a medium roasted coffee, mellow, sweet and smooth. Water processed.

Central American Coffees

We purchase at the height of harvest which means, depending on the growing season, a specific coffee may not be available. If what you are looking for is not currently available, don’t be discouraged,
it’s just one added reassurance that our coffee is as fresh as it can be.
