All teas naturally contain caffeine - on average 50 mg/cup. Herbals are naturally caffeine free.

Did You Know.....
Next to water, tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world! In 2005, Americans alone consumed over 50 billion servings. Tea contains no sodium, fat or sugar and is naturally low in caffeine and has virtually 0 calories.

Believe it or not, all tea comes from a single species of one plant called Camellia. Tea types are categorized solely by the level of processing. During fermentation the leaves are oxidized to different stages, resulting in varied levels of color and pungency.
